About The Teacher
Hello!
I can say I love my work.
Through teaching the Simply Music way, the
student experiences a win in each lesson.
In a short time, students learn to play blues,
classical, and accompaniments.
I have been teaching piano for over 20 years, as well as writing concert and film music. Now that I teach Simply Music, I realize how limiting traditional teaching was. Everyone is amazed when the student can play such varied music in a short time. The reading program is so much more advanced than what I used to teach.
I studied piano starting at age seven, and played saxaphone, organ, and voice. My family played more than one instrument. Later I studied composition, arranging and film scoring. I am teaching full-time now and love it!
I enjoy teaching adults as well as children, and love to see the excitement of learning the piano in such a short time. My private and group piano lessons are in North Hollywood, Ca., and I can be reached at my studio at 818-762-0635. Hope to see you soon!
