In order to view, play, customize and print sheet music over the internet, you will need a special program called Scorch (by Sibelius). This program is a free download, and is very simple to install.
Before you can use Simply Music Download and purchase sheet music, you will need to follow these simple steps:

| Download the correct Scorch plugin for your computer for free. This should only take about 2 minutes, the file is just over 1Mb. Check your System Requirements first which are set out below:

Windows 95/98/2000/NT4/Me/XP
| Mac OS 9
| Mac OS 9.1 or higher
Opera 5 or higher web browser.
We recommend Classic Mac OS users to increase their browser's memory allocation to at least 16Mb. This should be increased further when viewing large scores.

| | Now you've downloaded the Scorch software onto your computer, you need to install the plugin so that it runs as part of your browser.

| | Once you have Scorch working successfully, you can view and listen to your music. You can also change the instrumentation and transpose it into a different key.
